Lake Home - a website where the investor manages apartment availability themselves
Premium lakeside development in Ośno Lubuskie, in three languages

Challenge
The investor was launching a small premium apartment development by a lake. They needed a website that says “premium" from the first scroll and lets potential buyers intuitively check which units are still available, what floor they are on, their size and layout. Plus three languages, because part of the target audience lives across the German border.
What I built
An interactive floor selector - click a floor, see the plan, click an apartment, get all the info on one screen. Apartment statuses (Available / Reserved / Sold) the investor updates themselves in a simple panel - no contact with me, no waiting. Three language versions on separate URLs, optimized for mobile because that is the main traffic source in real estate.
What the client gained
The investor manages availability themselves - updating one apartment status takes seconds. The site loads fast even on weak connections. A buyer sees in 30 seconds what is available and whether it fits - instead of opening yet another PDF plan.
