Challenge
A social media specialist was getting inquiries from clients with very different expectations - often misaligned with how she actually works. She needed a website that, before the first email lands, says clearly: here is the person, here is the way of working, here are the types of clients this really works for.
What I built
I placed the About section higher than services - so it builds trust in the person before anyone starts thinking about money. I added client testimonials as social proof, a clear description of the collaboration mode (local vs. remote) and a contact form with automatic spam protection.
What the client gained
The website filters out misaligned inquiries before anyone writes. Clients who reach Emilia already know they fit her way of working. Less explaining “that is not how I work", more conversations about specifics.
